The interface in 7 Minute Workout | Down Dog, follows suit with its predecessors' renowned minimalist, elegant feel. In order to get things fired up, you're going to need to answer a couple of simple questions that'll provide you with a totally personalized training session plan. Those questions request information on the fitness level you're starting out at, and the areas of your body you want to exercise. After that, it displays a series of exercises that last approximately seven to eight minutes. Despite how short each plan is, it really is a full body workout. While you do each exercise, you can toggle the bars at the bottom of your screen to listen to your music or to your trainer's instructions, as well as to go back or forward over each exercises whenever you need to. Plus, from the upper right corner of the interface there are several options to view videos of each exercise from different vantage points -- a real multi-camera experience.
